- Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Package must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery
- All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free
- Include your receipt or invoice
- For U.S. customers, please use USPS to return the item(s), as other couriers do not ship to PO Boxes
